Commerce One turns an approved buy-side or sell-side brief into a structured commercial process — mapping the market, identifying counterparties, developing conversations and managing genuine opportunities toward transaction.
01 · Define
Product or requirement, territory, buyer or supplier profile, volumes, pricing parameters, commercial authority, existing relationships, exclusions and success economics are defined before activity begins.
02 · Map
Commerce One identifies relevant organisations, enriches commercial context, scores fit and determines which companies are worth approaching.
1,428 organisations mapped
03 · Engage
Approved outreach is tailored to the mandate and the organisation being approached. Routine replies and qualification can be managed within authority; substantive technical, legal and pricing decisions escalate.
CounterpartyWe currently source a similar system through a regional distributor. What would be different here?
Commerce OneI can outline the approved product position and confirm whether the supplier’s current scope fits your application. What is the approximate project size and implementation window?
04 · Advance
Genuine opportunities are progressed through the agreed commercial path: technical information, capability checks, samples, meetings, quote requests, clarifications and follow-up.
05 · Transact
The buyer and supplier retain responsibility for the underlying trade unless expressly agreed otherwise. Commerce One records protected-account attribution, qualifying transaction evidence and its success entitlement under the signed mandate. Commerce One tracks protected accounts, qualified opportunities, transaction value and qualifying trade — not outreach volume for its own sake.
Beyond appointment setting
Traditional sales development is typically built around prospecting, qualification and booked meetings.
A Commerce One mandate is structured around the commercial objective itself.
We define the market, identify and develop relevant counterparties, qualify genuine interest and manage the agreed opportunity pathway through commercial discussions, information exchange, samples, quotations and next actions toward transaction.
Sales development creates meetings.
A mandate is designed to develop trade.
You retain control of the underlying transaction. Commerce One manages the commercial origination around it.
Defined objective. Active execution. Performance-aligned participation.
Structured where it counts
Commerce One works from approved commercial information and clearly defined authority. The system does not invent product claims, pricing, capacity, delivery commitments or contract terms.

Built for commercial objectives worth pursuing
Commerce One is built for active origination. We do our best work where there is a defined offer or requirement, a real counterparty universe and enough value to justify disciplined commercial development.
Some opportunities may become suitable once they are better defined.
Mandate pricing
Active Mandate Management is a separate recurring fee and is not credited against future success participation.

The principal retains control of material pricing and commercial commitments unless specific written authority is granted to Commerce One.
No. Commerce One manages the agreed origination and commercial process but cannot guarantee that a transaction will complete.
Yes, subject to the mandate, territory, product, counterparty and applicable legal, sanctions, trade and sector requirements.
Commerce One initially focuses on ordinary commercial sectors. Specialist or regulated requirements are reviewed separately and may be declined unless the necessary capability and permissions are established.
We will assess whether the market, economics and operating boundaries support a Commerce One mandate.
